PSI Jazz!

You head back the way you came, following the corridor until the bone-jarring screeches of the "Celtic Earbashers" are far behind and you find yourself in a more ear-friendly zone of gentle rolling jazz. Piano and trombone music makes its way to your ears, as you turn a corner and come to the source of the uplifting vibes. The corridor opens into a large, softly lit lounge, which features a stage at the back and a floor full of tables and stools, at which various people sit enjoying the show. A couple of waitresses are weaving their way through the tables, taking drinks orders or delivering beverages from the trays they carry. There is a well-stocked bar against one wall, at which a number of familiar characters are ordering drinks. Before you can give the patrons of the lounge much attention or try to work out who is who, the scene on the stage catches your eye, and all but makes your jaw drop. The band playing is a five piece outfit, and although the fact the piano player, the trombone player, the bass player and the saxophone player are all Mega City Judges, in full uniform (and helmet) is stunning enough, it’s nothing compared to the sight of the sultry songstress undulating before them. Dressed in a black satin dress with a slit that reaches for the sky is a tall, slim, buxom blonde with curves a man would kill for. Or would...if it wasn’t for the Judge’s badge pinned to her dress, identifying this particular lounge-singing beauty as Mega City One PSI Judge extraordinaire Cassandra Anderson!

Do you...

Worry that Anderson will pick up on the inevitable impure thoughts you have about her and head back to the Slaine concert for a drink, or...

Make your way to an empty table, as close to the front as possible, to get a better look?
